Ordering Questions

Placing an order is easy! Follow these steps:

  1. Browse our products and add items to your cart
  2. Click on the cart icon to review your items
  3. Click "Proceed to Checkout"
  4. Enter your delivery information
  5. Choose your payment method
  6. Confirm and place your order

You can modify or cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be changed.

To cancel or modify: Go to "My Orders" → Select the order → Click "Cancel Order" or contact customer service at +234 818 495 5868

While you can browse products without an account, you need to create one to complete a purchase. Creating an account is quick and offers benefits like:

No, there is no minimum order value. However, delivery fees may apply based on your location and order value. Orders above ₦50,000 qualify for free delivery within Port Harcourt.

  • Card Payment: Visa, Mastercard, Verve
  • Bank Transfer: Direct transfer to our account
  • Cash on Delivery: Pay when you receive your order
  • USSD: Pay via your bank's USSD code

All online payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.

Yes! We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your payment information. We never store your complete card details on our servers. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways.

If your payment fails, please:

  1. Check your card details are correct
  2. Ensure you have sufficient funds
  3. Verify your card is enabled for online transactions
  4. Try a different payment method

Yes! A digital receipt is automatically sent to your email after successful payment. You can also download receipts from your order history in "My Orders" section. Physical receipts are included with all deliveries.

Delivery Questions

Delivery times vary by location:

  • Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (within Port Harcourt)
  • Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 2:00 PM
  • Other Locations: 2-5 business days depending on distance

You'll receive tracking information via SMS and email once your order is dispatched.

Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and order value:

  • Within Port Harcourt: ₦1,500 - ₦2,500
  • Rivers State: ₦2,500 - ₦5,000
  • Other States: ₦5,000 - ₦10,000

Free Delivery: Orders above ₦50,000 within Port Harcourt qualify for free delivery!

Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can track your order in real-time by logging into your account and visiting "My Orders" or by entering your tracking number on our tracking page.

Our delivery team will call you before arrival. If you're unavailable:

  • You can provide an alternate recipient's details
  • Reschedule delivery for another time
  • Arrange for pickup at our office

Note: Age verification is required for all alcohol deliveries, so the recipient must be 18+.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for damaged or defective products within 7 days of delivery. Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or consumed products
  • Change of mind
  • Products without defects

To return a product:

  1. Contact us at +234 818 495 5868 or returns@barrelsandcellars.ng
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Send photos of the damaged/defective item
  4. Wait for return authorization
  5. We'll arrange pickup or provide return instructions

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Bank transfers may take an additional 2-3 business days to reflect in your account.
